Scheduling an appointment was fast and easy! Staff was super nice. But the wait time once I got back to the room wasn’t great, a person came in next door to my room and was in and out in less that hour while I was there for almost 2 hours. It overall good visit.

I had been sick for several days. I booked my save my slot online. I was the first to arrive. I feel like I need more advance testing since my lungs were full of fluid and short breathing. No blood work or xray was offered. I was in the office for about 30 min.

Clinic was overall wonderful!  Receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional and distracted texting on her phone.  She was not helpful and rudely pushing iPad at me telling me fill this out.  I did and returned it.  Then, told finish on phone.  Nothing came through on my phone so she was annoyed repeated number to me.  Then states very rudely it wasn’t done on your phone!!!  I said that’s correct.  Number was verified and still nothing.  Pushed iPad at me again aggressively said just do it here.  Then, made us wait until everyone else in office was seen before us.  When time to make payment,  I waited in window while again she was busy texting on her phone.  After completing payment, it said remove card, which I did.  I asked if that was all?  No answer,  so I turned to sit down and she says rudely , “um I need you to sign this receipt”.  I tried contacting email posted in office but it’s no longer valid.  Worst experience ever at this facility but only due to receptionist!  All other staff members were exceptional.

Everyone was great.  Not much wait time.  Thanks .  Would recommend.

The staff was very patient, kind and understanding. The wait time felt long but I was a first time patient. I had to fill our a form on this website that kept crashing because for whatever reason it didn't like the pictures of my ID. Even though I had some patient on boarding issues I would still recommend visiting this provider because they were competent and helpful, and it was worth the trip for me.

Very professional, great bed side manner from the moment you walk in the door, until you leave. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. You have put together a fantastic staff. Thank you for creating a wonderful atmosphere.

Realized this morning I had an UTI.. scheduled an appointment and went on time and checked in with the staff. II was taking back very soon after filling out the rest of my paperwork. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. They got me in and out very quickly. I was very pleased and will return if needed to this facility.

Needed maintenance meds and labs done due to losing my regular doctor who moved out of state. NP who saw me looked up my previous records and saw where we discussed having labs. NP was also super sweet and listened- didn’t make assumptions or talk down to me which frequently has happened in the past with other offices.Results back nxt morning and a game plan for referral. Staff is always friendly and courteous.

I fully understand the “Electronic World” and I am pretty tech savvy, but I wasn’t told that I needed to hop onto the text that I got and fill out the paperwork. I sure hope I don’t have to do this again if I come back.  Hopefully it saved everything.  It took a year and a day and the poor old gentleman sitting beside me  - he was lost.

Doctor has no bedside manner!  Said she really wasn’t supposed to give me an antibiotic for sinusitis but this one time she would do it but don’t expect to get one from her again unless it was 10 or more days after getting sick.   Had to wait an unusually long time and there was only 2 people ahead of me.
