All the staff were courteous and professional. I will go back and recommend this facility to others.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I am normally a walk in so wait time is usually longer than most but understandable. My recent visit was a 45 minute wait. Once called back, I receive attention to all my concerns. I have never felt rushed or ignored. They are always available for when I am unable to get I to my primary.

Would definitely recommend American Family Care. My wait was a little longer than I typically experience there but the care and quality of service outweigh the wait time.

I didn't feel like I should have waited almost 3 hrs to get into a room with booking an appointment. There was walk ins that went in before me. I will give them a plus in my in room visit, I do feel like I received then medication I was looking for my healing. Thanks guys I will still come back if needed...

Visiting from out of state and needed a doctor. Was treated very well and CRNP was extremely responsive, listened to all our concerns. Highly recommend this office.

Doctor completely dismissed my other symptoms that started at the same time and only focused on one and didn’t even do any imaging, and just pushed muscle relaxers instead. Everyone else was nice.

I have been to AFC DOTHAN a few times and always the best experience.

Everything was perfect.  I now have my PCM, favorite local hospital, and these guys for the in between stuff.  If you don't choose them, it can only be because you hate yourself. I was so psyched after I walked out, I football spiked my prescription, but it's paper and just blew away instead.  So I went back in and got another.  I held my hand down the whole walk to the car and when I got it, I let it go and punched myself in the groin, but I didn't care. They're great, professional, and friendly.  You'll love them.

I did not schedule & was not familiar with the iPad system but front desk helped me. I was seen within an hour with about 13 people ahead of me. Staff was friendly & helpful & I was very appreciative of being seen so quickly. Staff was also very friendly & professional. Good experience.
