Was hurting and schedule an appointment online. Checked in once I got there. Had to go to the front desk 3 times because I was still sitting there 3 hours later. The lady at the front desk never checked me in on her side

Very nice and friendly and clean, helpful . my wait was not long.The staff was consider helpful to me.I would recommend to family and friends.

This was a walk-in visit. Got me in quick. Super friendly I felt like a person they cared about versus a patient to move through quickly. You got me results quickly and started me on what I needed. Will be back again.

I thought checking in online would make things easier and quicker. It was not quicker at all. I waited over an hour before being called back. I was there for over two hours. From now on, I'll just walk in. The staff is very nice and the quality of care is good though.

I wish they could've taken a blood test sample to see what was the reason for my symptoms.

When I schedule a time to be seen I don’t expect to sit there 2 hours.  There was one walking taken before me to the back and then the person who had the appointment after me was taken back before me.  Then the fact there was only one provider working seeing everyone.  Do better is all have to say.

Overall the appt was fine.  They weren’t able to treat the foreign object in my ear because they didn’t have the right tools, and I couldn’t get the antibiotic drops needed, so it sorta was a waste of my time and money, so I would of preferred paying for service’s rendered, but going to the urgent care here would of been avoided had I known I had to pay before they could even provide services I needed. Staff was great, friendly, and office was clean.  Wait time was rough cause I was in a lot of pain.

Initial appt was great but following up when I got worse the next day is impossible.

The staff was very accommodating and took care of me more than what I was asking for, they went above and beyond.  The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra!
