Walk-in requires no scheduling. The check-in kiosk is both confusing and unreliable. It takes effort to get that process completed. There was someone there creating a scene right after our arrival. Our providers were excellent and provided excellent care with compassion.

Very hard to check in I’m old and not into computers. The person checking me in was very rude and no help. But the doctor and nurse were very friendly and helpful Everything was great except the check in very hard and person no help I will have to find another place I will miss the doctors and nurses

Your check in sysem is cumbersome, the receptionist offered zero help. Another waiting patient was kind enough to show me I had to tap on the tiny link that would appear, then disappear, then appear sgain to even get started. For those of us that are not 20 or tech savy, this does NOT help when your sick, coughing and weak.
