I felt very under cared for. I had a cyst like thing that was not getting better. The dr came in and glanced at it for about 3 seconds before asking what would happen if I took a medicine I am allergic to. Then he walked out while I was still talking to him. I had to ask for an additional medicine from across the hall where he dismissed me. Dr. Pimple Popper is definitely NOT at AFC. I know this is just an urgent care where these doctors don't know me like my primary physician, but they should give the same standard of making the patient feel like they care when in the office. I don't have the time, energy, or money to just go to the doctor because I am bored. I went because I was concerned about myself, but I felt like I was the only one in the room that was concerned.

Woke up with gout attack.  Able to walk right in and check in immediately.  Wait time less than 5 minutes.  Staff highly courteous as usual.   Will continue to visit in future!!

I will never be back my insurance doesn’t even have a copay yall charged me a copay to do absolutely nothing didn’t give me a shot and called in medicine cvs didn’t even have

Whovever was at the front desk refused to fix my percription pickup location. If they mess up it is not my job to correct their screw up. I come here because its close, there are other places. If I am ever treated with the disrespect I received that day with being hung up on and percriptions being sent to wrong locations I will never be back. We are all adults. Accuracy is a requirement not a suggestion.

the staff were so amazing , they made you feel so welcoming and apart of their team. It honestly felt like disney land. give them all a raise! wonderful wonderful people!

I walked in, completed the check in process and was called back very quickly. All the staff were kind and courteous. They listened to my concerns and addressed them.

I got X-ray and still haven't heard from them about the he results

Everyone was friendly and professional. Check in was fast. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. Great staff.

Woke up feeling bad. Picked up my phone and booked an appointment. The wait time was not bad, I was in and out in about 45 minutes.
