Walk-in’s here are usually very convenient. Unless there is a full area, the wait can be up to 30 minutes max. Staff is usually great about introducing themselves and listening to concerns, but this time the nurse practitioner, who I didn’t know was a nurse practitioner during my visit, didn’t introduce herself and it made the process a little more confusing because I did not know how to address her and she only came in—did a few checks, and said I had an ear infection. I asked her about a chemical smell coming from the discharge in my eyes and she simply said she didn’t know what that was, twice, and it seemed she was done examining me, I didn’t really have any more questions. The visit was no more than four minutes long. One rushed visit does not change the way that I feel about this location, but I think it could’ve gone so much better like other times.

The scheduling and paperwork was simple and user friendly. The check in was smooth and the staff were amazing. It was all around a good visit and I appreciate the attentiveness even though it was the end of the day.

I had severe hip pain and needed immedicate medical care. The pain would not ease with OTC painkiller and prescribed meds. The medical treatment I received brought relief. I provider was very thorough and caring.

I have been in pain for the pass few days, I put off going to AFC trying to use over the counter meds which didn't help any. I scheduled an appt to AFC online and walked in and didn't get a chance to sit down before I was called to the back. Super fast service in and out in less than 20 minutes. I always receive great service when I visit this AFC. I do and will continue to recommend AFC to family and friends

Front staff couldn’t be bothered. I said I’d like iv fluids since I’m dehydrated and they didn’t tell me that wasn’t an option there so I wasted my time.

I was a walk in to get Stitches removed from my pinky finger.  Nurse practitioner was helpful & professional.  She removed the stitches and carefully applied a bandage.  She prescribed an ointment to apply on wound when changing bandages at home. She also gave me helpful instructions on aftercare.  The staff was friendly & efficient.  I wouldn’t hesitate going back to this afc for care.

Find a person that knows how to draw blood. I have great veins and she blew my vein and has done it before.
