El lugar esta limpio la enfermera que tomo mis signos fue amable pero la recepcionista se me hizo arogante. llame para cita mi ojo estaba mal casi no veía no había completado el check in cuando llegue era casi serca de la hora de cerrar asi que no se si eso fue lo de la actitud. Pero creo que si se quieren ir corriendo qué no tomen citas casi para cerrar. el doctor fue amable el medicamento que me dejo fue muy bueno también

Scheduling & check-in are easy & seamless. Every staff member was kind & attentive, I was in & out in 30 minutes. Quickest, easiest, most helpful doctor’s visit I’ve had in a LONG time. Will be recommending this facility to all my family & friends!

I needed to have a lip suture looked at because it didn’t come out on its own as told. I was able to walk in and be seen in very reasonable time after a short wait. Receptionist, nurse, and provider were all very friendly. Provider was knowledgeable and removed the suture with care and directions for aftercare. I would give them 10 out of 10. I am a returning patient and have always had good care there.

Scheduling was easy. Staff was wonderful. The doctor was caring and attentive. Nurse was kind and efficient. I would recommend anyone in need of assistance to get help at AFC Indian Lake.

I went to AFC after a fall. Waste of time. I wanted a xray. No tech. I got a sheet of paper to take to a radiology place. By then it was too late to go so I had to wait until the next day. Radiology place told me AFC would contact me with results. They didn’t. I called them afternoon the next day. Ridiculous. I would never recommend them.

I brought my daughter in to see the doctor and she was absolutely terrible. She was very condescending and had an attitude the whole time. She talked down to my daughter as though she didn’t have a real problem. She did not help us or send the pre authorization in for the medicine we needed. We will never go back to her again!
