Go somewhere else, staff was very unprofessional along with the “Doctor” I doubt she knows what she’s even doing, waited 3 hours to be told they can’t help me and to go somewhere else.

I was able to make my appointment online and was in and out in 30 minutes. The Nurse Practitioner took the time to explain my issue with me. I would highly recommend the facility to others.

I had to come for a work related injury, ha come from another location because the doctor was pulled there. Office staff seemed annoyed with everyone. Waited a very long time, doctor did not look at injuries or listen to where they all were because he only xrayed one. He also prescribed medication that reacts badly to one I already take

terribly slow nothing urget about urgent care will never go back

I thought that the advantage of America family care was one could be seen without an appointment. I didn’t even know that they took appointments!  So I had to leave after 2 hours when I realized I would never be seen. Lesson learned. I will never go back. No I would never recommend them!

Receptionist obviously does not enjoy her job. No personality at all. Not what I would want to be the face of my business. Other than her, super nice staff! My only complaint was from the time I walked in till the time I left was 3.5 hours. Only 4 cars in the parking lot and 4 people in the waiting room. Hour to register and go back, hour for swab results, (Nice nurse came in and told me it was done just waiting on doc) and an hour before doctor came in. Once the doc came in, it only took 30 more minutes???? Something not right there??? Again, staff was great(accept for receptionist) Doctor was great. But time management and respect for patience time not good. I would not recommend unless a last resort.

I really like the check in on Solvhealth.com it’s quick and simple.  Dr. Morgan was there and I was glad to see her. The staff was great and professional. They got me in and made me feel much better. Dr. Morgan has always been just Awesome 🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉

It took a long time for the doctor to see me, but she only spent fifteen to twenty minutes of her time with me. Other than that, everything is fine.
