The front desk lady was acting as if she didnt want to be there. she was short, rude and unfriendly, acting unapproachable as well.  the person that took my vitals was nice and helpful and the NP was really nice and helpful. Front desk girl needs some customer treatment training tho.

The experience was good. The wait time to be seen was fairly quick. I would have preferred reading material in the waiting room instead of a television, because it was distracting and made it more of a challenge to hear the staff. Some of the information on the physical report was inaccurate and I am not sure how it came to be. The nurse was friendly and made the visit more comfortable.
