Scheduled early in the day so I wouldn’t have to wait in the waiting room since I knew that I was possibly contagious. Even after scheduling ahead I waited for over 45 minutes with others in the room. I chose to go sit in my car so that I wouldn’t infect anyone else. If scheduling ahead of time is a waste of time just let patients know that up front.

What a great experience, very easygoing, explains everything, would highly recommend when you need care....

Had a tick get into a hard to reach place in belly button. First PA was unsuccessful at removal, then DR resumed and didn't give up, as tick's head never would release and he had to dig it out. Tiny stubborn little tick, but thankful for the DR's perseverance.

Had had an accident, used a bandage made of latex, forgetting that I was kind of allergic to latex. It got infected and needed to be seen by a doctor. Being a weekend and knowing that my doctor could not see me it was nice having facility nearby.

Scheduling was easy, definitely recommend booking ahead if you can because it significantly shortens wait time. Staff who checked me in and took vitals were great, friendly, quick, and professional. Only complaint is the Nurse practitioner who checked me over. I felt a little like she was rushing and like I was a box being checked off on a to do list. Other than that great visit.

I was appreciative that the two medical issues I had, were both attended to and medication to ease symptoms was prescribed.

Today , I got labs done here by phlebotomist.. the phlebotomist did not use a phlebotomy chair which is dangerous.. secondly she placed the tourniquet half inch above where she was sticking at , which is completely wrong. It should be 3 inch above. The tourniquet was not even tight. Than she kept touching the site after she cleaned it. Finally she stuck me the needle slipped out than she touch the site and try to put the needle back in so I grabbed her arm and told her NO get somebody else. I asked her was she new she got defensive. She didn’t even apologize what she did. Than she lied to the other phlebotomist who has the long ponytail and petite she told her I was jumpy and I grabbed her . Which is a lie , I am not scared of needles. She just didn’t know what she was doing. She needs more training because this is unacceptable. I’m very upset !! I was treated poorly and they were very dismissive.

Scheduling and check-in was easy and quick...especially with the front desk lady this morning...what a great attitude she has I give her five stars, she has a lots of patience with everyone came in...the whole staff's was wonderful...seeing the doctor was on point...thank you all!!

The day before my visit I started having a sore throat with headaches and watery eyes.  I was in and out fast but didn’t feel everything was rushed. It wasn’t the doctor that seen my but the nurse practitioner.  My coughing has gotten worse.

Scheduling was easy, callback prompt, check in, staff courteous and medical team was awesome. Will recommend this area office to anyone in need of great medical service.
