Experiencing chest pain and stomach pain as well as nausea. Was able to schedule an appointment through the website and was seen within the hour. Staff was patient and kind and the wait from check-in to going into a room was about 15 minutes. The recommendation was that I go to the ER for testing not available at this facility.

Had been very sick for 5-6 days with extremely raw throat, fever and sweats on and off, head and chest congestion, etc. getting progressively worse every day. Walked into the empty waiting room with the exception of one other person and was told by the receptionist to scan the QR code (what does the receptionist do again if not check people in?) to reserve my place in line which turned out to be third or fourth. Was received back quickly where the RN spoke to me for maybe two minutes maximum. Asked the required questions like she was reading off of a script, looked at my raw throat and said “everything looks good” and that she wouldn’t prescribe me anything I couldn’t get over the counter until I’d been sick for 7 days. (So I should come back the next day I guess?). Bedside manner was nonexistent even if the final outcome were to remain the same. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

I was not happy with the care provided. I never see an actual Doctor when we are there always just a nurse practitioner. She didn’t do anything to find out about the issue one’s having. She ask what was wrong said just take ibuprofen and stay off of it. Didn’t look at it or try to see if there was an issue. Sent me for an X-ray then said if it doesn’t get better in 1-2 weeks seek help from another doctor. I will not be returning to this location again, this just the first time this has happened at this location.

Thought I made a recheck appointment online last night, but did not notice the zip code and failed to make it locally..I got in after getting the mistake I made corrected at about the time I originally planned on.

I came to request an Ex-Ray for a pain I am having in my upper thigh and leg. I was told that X-ray do not muscle but bones. My request came from my Chiropractor. I didn't receive any help.
