Noticed a week old scratch on my arm was draining and had an odor. Came to AFC. Easy check in with QR code. Staff always polite and helpful. Care always good. Liked provider!

Had an exposure to poison ivy that turned into cellulitis. Was able to schedule an appointment within minutes to be seen. When arrived staff was very professional and kind. Check in was easy and quick. The location was very clean. I was treated with kindness. I will most definitely visit this location again. Thank you to all staff for being so kind

I visited for an ear ache. Examined by a staff member who confirmed an ear infection. She prescribed drops. After I picked them up at the pharmacy and went to administer, I discovered that I had been prescribed RX EYE drops. The box clearly states "for eye use only". Medication mistakes are serious. I would not recommend this place. If they can't handle a simple ear infection, I wouldn't trust their care.

I would have given all 5 stars because all of the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient but the 4 mins the Docter spent with me threw everything off. She came in talked so fast and didn't seem to listen or ask a lot of questions.... just quick to throw me on an antibiotic. When I asked a few questions about my care plan she seemed offended and irritated with me. Less rushing and a little empathy and listening skills would be amazing.

I realized I had a UTI, with the burning, when I urinated, so headed to AFC. Check in was easy. Wait time was not long. Staff were all very nice and friendly. My husband had a squamous cell cancer removed from his left ear on Wednesday and when we removed the dressing, we could not get it to stop bleeding again, so he came with me and also saw the Dr. to get help with that. Dr. Young was so nice and attentive to both of us.

The lady at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful.  The PA who saw us was reasuring and had a kind bedside manner.

Came in for a blood panel to be done and get some testing for diabetes. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was seen quickly. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning if I have any immediate problems.

The online check in, timeliness of being called to back and professionalism of staff. Most importantly. In an out in around 30 minutes. 😊
