Woke up this morning with a sore throat, walked in right before 5pm.   Was triaged, swabbed, seen, given a steroid shot and was out within the hour.  All of the staff was professional and very caring.  This urgent care is probably the best I’ve been to.

Had cough and sore throat for several days so decided I should be checked out.   Went in without an appointment and expected to have a long wait but was surprised when I checked in stating I would not have a problem being seen.  Only a few minutes until I was called back.  I found the nurse was very kind and efficient and the Doctor was likewise.  I was prescribed medication and went to pick up at pharmacy.  I feel that I would not have received better care at my Primary Dr. even if I could get an appt. I certainly would recover this provider

It had been 2 days of feeling like HELL!  Headache was worse than anything I can ever recall.  Ever sip of water turned in to 🤮 of bile.  Did not know our bodies could hold so much!  Coughing, fever, chest tightness, sinus… symptoms kept getting worse.  AFC was great.  Easy check in, super friendly and calm staff - you ladies were all GREAT!  I will not go back to a “hospital” ER again.  Checked into to St Vincent’s the night before - mainly the headache & coughing.  The got my vitals & said it would be ~ an 8 hr wait!  The lady checking in was not only UN FRIENDLY, she had a totally “did not care attitude”.  My mom worked at St Vincent’s until she retired… I will not go back!  THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND, SWIFT & EXCELLENCE CARE!!!

I came in after work, 30 mins to close but no one made me feel rushed or inconvenient. Angelica the NP (I believe) was so kind, attentive, and thorough and actually listened to my entire spiel. Nice clean office and sweet staff even at the end of a long day.

Was over prescribed medicine that has caused additional issues. Tried calling back, but got nothing back from your staff. Also never received communication regarding my lab test results from your office.Very frustrated by the care given here.

Last night at work my gout flared up and got this morning and came to y’all. Love the bed side manner

Everything was quick as for service and staff been friendly with a smile. Also I saw everything was clean.

Appointment was @ 9: 30 sit for 45 minutes to get waited in

Accidentally broke my leg in a freak accident.  Had been to an ER a few months ago and spent 13 hours in the waiting room.  I doubt I was at AFCM an hour all in.  Great care great explanations of procedures and even had my flu shot while there.  If need arises definitely my destination.

They all did a fantastic gob very happy with the staff 😀
