Nice front office staff. Nice vitals nurse. Nice nurse checked on us to offer a refreshment. Wait time not bad, and I dont feel ignored.

This is a suggestion that I meant to make earlier. I think it would be a good idea if when someone goes on to pre-register for an appointment, To make that person aware if they want to complete the pre-registration information They need to calculate an extra 10 to 15 minutes Into there, time schedule for their appointment.   This morning I said an appointment for 935 but didn’t realize that I had at least 10 to 15 minutes worth of registration information. I needed to fill out online after I scheduled the appointment time.  Not complaining. Just suggesting that might be something to add as a notation before someone chooses an Appointment time.

I was given the wrong medication and received poor service. I called to the clinic early this morning to fix the issue. The front desk clerk was very impolite and unconcerned. The phone line was disconnected and I had to call back. When the clerk had already written down my phone number etc. Overall I didn't even get an apology for the mistakes that were mad on their end. Clerks doctors etc. Need to be more attentive and alert when doing their job. Giving out wrong medication and dealing with poor customer service is a hassle for patients.

I have had no problems until recently one of the doctors quit,in which a promisesary letter was sent to us stating the doctor would call in two months of refills I've called two weeks been told this matter would be resolved has not,now my son has been sent home from school three times due to lack of his medicine,as well as I'm having complications with high blood pressure etc,if a promisesary letter was sent to us shouldn't they be held responsible for this and uphold to there part and have the doctor since he quit no fault of our own uphold to there verbal and written Agreement to have those medications sent in which is causing us health problems!?

Took 1 hour to get checked in, when finally checked in, staff said they did not take medicaid, I called before I went to the office and they told me they did, when 8 got there said they did not, my family member was not seen and treated, I drive 30nmil3s to this facility for nothing. This is totally unacceptable to me and my I'll family member I rate it zero
