I visited this location with a potential injury. I wanted to learn if one of my toes was broken, fractured, or just bruised. The nurse practitioner spent less than 5 minutes with me to assess my concern and was dismissive of my condition. Although I am not a medical professional, I’ve heard there is not a lot to be done for an injured toe. However, you should never make someone feel like their concerns don’t matter.

From the time I walked in the front desk clerk. The nurses aide and the Nurse practioner. I was treated well. And fast not hurried they listened and got right to my problem. Thank yall so much. I was diagnosed in no time and was out the door.

Scheduled the appointment ahead of time and still waited an hour and a half before seeing the provider for less than five minutes.

Everything was great patient care wise. The only area of growth I experienced was the wait time. I had made an appointment and was seen 2 hours after the scheduled appointment which leads me to think more staff would be helpful for everyone involved!

Waited 45 minutes and no one was taken from the waiting room. Another gentleman had been waiting for 2 hours. I left and went to a different clinic.

My son recommended that I go to this particular AFC because it was better (cleaner, professional, quicker) than the other AFC facilities. He was point on because it definitely was! I was very pleased with the service & care that I received. Will definitely recommend thus AFC to others.

Scheduled a 9am appointment only to not be seen at my appointment time. Sat in waiting room for 10 mins to be told that the provider would not be in until 9:45am. However, was not ever told what my updated appointment time would be just waited for hours. Very unprofessional and not courteous to my time.  Will not be back.

Had poison ivy on my face and it seemed to be spreading. Popped in at the local AFC (I had no idea you could make an appointment! I’ll do that next time!) and got a shot and some prescription cream. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Great doctor and wonderful staff. Thank you for being there!

Check-in was a breeze…she helped me with everything and her attitude was so sunny!!  Nice on Monday morning!!  Testing a breeze and the Dr was wonderful.  Thank you

I don’t want to waste any more time writing this review. I already wasted two hours sitting needlessly in the waiting room at the AFC.
