Woke up with a sore throat, scheduled an appointment which was easy.  Got in right away, the intake nurse was attentive and helpful.  I was taken to a room where I didn’t have to wait long for tests to be started by another nurse and she was excellent, she had great beside manner and then the doctor came in shortly after.  She was thoughtful and listened to my issues.  She was very friendly and took care of my needs:

Stopped by another AFC closer to my job and had to leave before being serviced. So in reference to cleanliness the Crestwood location is a 10 !! Staff was courteous both the receptionist and the MA. Doctor was very attentive as if he was my primary care Dr.  Great job. Thank you for the service

Check in should not be limited to having to use a cell phone. Everyone does not own a phone with capabilities to scan bar code etc and even if they do the option of manually checking in should be available.
