Have had a horrible cough for a little over a week. Have not slept through the night since last week. I was given Benzonatate for cough. Does not work at all. Given two other prescriptions which thankfully are helping. Still coughing out of control.

Came in for a suspected broken finger. Waited 20 minutes although I had the first “appointment” of the day. Then I was told no xray technician. I said I’d see the Dr because I needed my finger wrapped at least. When the Physicians Assistant came in the room she said they have nothing to wrap it with other than tape. Nothing waterproof, nothing. Then she said she’s unfamiliar with the clinic and couldn’t find anything. Well how do you know they have nothing to wrap a finger with if you don’t know the clinic or where the supplies are? I should get my $50 copayment back. No xray and only “go see an Orthopedic hand doctor.” PA was friendly, but it took 45 minutes for a 3 minute conversation.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr Tardif has the best bedside manner. She is always patient, caring and understanding. I would recommend this center 110%!

Despite having an appointment I didn’t get called to the exam room for 45 min. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Had made a CDL physical appointment. Staff was so kind and professional. I would repeat my visit again.

Dr. T is exceptional. She is incredibly helpful, informative, and takes the time to ask thoughtful questions to truly connect the dots before offering a diagnosis. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensures you fully understand every detail of your care. Her thoroughness and compassion truly set her apart. I would absolutely recommend Dr. T without hesitation.

Everything went really well scheduling very easy, check in easy on time. Staff very professional. Care  was great could not have asked for anything more.

Despite of explaining my severe pain situation, they didn't give me any clear communication and the stool to come as soon as possible. And somehow I managed to drive 20 mi to find and just hear from the doctor that we can't help you in any way.... I really feel my money and time was totally wasted and further delayed my treatment ...

As someone with disabilities who has been gaslit time and time again, this was the first experience I've had with medical professionals that made me feel validated. Thank you very, very much.
