The wait time was unusuly long. The registration process is cumbersome. The lady who checked me was hreat. The NP was VERY good. Both were attentive listeners and competent providers. They had to wait until I could urinate to provide a sample. They never complaIned or even took a deep breath or sigh. I would recommend this provider. The cleaning people were there waiting for the patients to leave so that they could do their job. I imagine the office will be clean when they are done.

Arrived at 10:30am. In office with two people ahead of me. I was swabbed for strep and waited a hour in triage before being placed in a room. Finally got a room and waited another two hours before I saw NP. NP reswabbed me I waited another hour. All results negative suggested to get otc meds. Whole time I was there other patients complaining about the long wait

I came in this morning with a runny nose, sore throat, and body aches. I was prescribed cough medication, even though I did not have a cough. I later called to ask why this medication was prescribed, but no one returned my call. The doctor I saw had very poor bedside manner and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this urgent care.
