I forgot my cell phone at home.  They check in pads were not charged.  There was no other way to sign in, so I had to go back home and get my phone to sign in.  I got put at the end of the line.

Overall the experience was good.  The only issue I had was the over two wait time. Although, I had a schedule appointment I waited over two hours before being seen.  Other than that everything else was fine the place was clean, the staff was awesome and the Doc quickly asset my

I went there due to sinus, allergies and pinch nerves. The office was was full , I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seen to come to the back. Waited another hour in the back , I e never been at an urgent care this long , Dr was nice I must say.
