What patients are saying...

I made an appointment online, and I came in and went to the desk and stated my name and the person at the desk looked straight at me and then was fiddling with her phone that was on a call I could see, then looked at me and said “hello what is your name” as if I never said anything. I don’t know if she had an earpiece in and that’s why she didn’t hear me. Anyway, she couldn’t find me in the system after attempting maybe four times and I showed her on my phone my appointment that I was in the right place and at the right time and then she fiddled a little bit more and found me. Then she just looked at me, and I asked, “should I sit down?” and she said yes. The woman who took my blood pressure and directed me to the exam room was pleasant, but seems like no one could smile in that place. The practitioner had a mask on so overall it was an odd experience. I recently had to go to urgent care out west and it was remarkably different. I was disappointed That I had this experience here. I used to work in the medical system and I can’t believe how much the cell phone is used on the job. Oh well. As long as they’re allowed to do it then they do it.

Had a gastrointestinal problem and walked in to AFC on Saturday afternoon.  The young lady receptionist was extremely helpful in getting me signed in.  The entire staff was friendly and courteous.  I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival.  It was a very good experience. I would certainly recommend this provider!

Yes been suffering with a bad sinus infection that included vertigo. I have been using this facility for several years now. The wait times are usually not bad and the office is pretty clean and the attending physician or pa’s are usually very helpful. Only complaint is the check in process is a bit of a pain especially when you feel bad

I thought I had an appointment scheduled, so maybe I misunderstood the use of the term appointment. Therefore, the wait was frustrating. No one wants to be a waiting room of sick people. Also, someone with an appointment after me “checked in” before me and therefore was seen well before me. I could’ve checked in on my phone well before if I knew it wasn’t a true appointment time.

Didn’t ask anything about prior health history. Heard my ears hurt, looked in them and gave me an antibiotic. Poor bedside manner

I have not been feeling my best for more than a week. I was able to quickly book a same day appointment, move through the check-in process easily, and receive quality care from a knowledgeable medical assistant and provider. I highly recommend this location!

My scheduling, visit and care were good. But my prescriptions were called in to the wrong pharmacy. One that Ive never used and could not have possibly been in my chart. It caused  a long delay getting the medication. On a day that I felt terrible. So I was not happy about that.
