The antibiotics called in weren’t correct for the bacteria in my urine culture. No one called to follow up and prescribe a different one. I ended up in the hospital.

We were the only patients there initially. Another one checked in about 15 minutes after us. We then went back to a room and sat for almost an hour. I went out to check with the staff and they said the NP was on a call with a patient. I mentioned how long our wait had been and that we were in line first. The rude nurse said “uh huh, he’s talking to a patient.” I walked back to the room and as soon as I closed the door, then NP opened the door immediately. He had an attitude, was annoyed he was having to take care of my daughter, ignored me completely, rolled his eyes, a few times while moving his head back-and-forth because he was annoyed came to the side of the table and put his back to me on purpose, said he would prescribe some meds and asked if we had any questions. I asked what nasal spray he was referring to he said, whichever one I choose while rolling his eyes and seeming annoyed by my question. My daughter got her steroid shot, got very lightheaded, almost passed out, and we  asked for some crackers. The nurse went out and asked the NP and he said “no she can just wait it out.” I’ve never experienced anyone in healthcare act like this. This person should not be representing any healthcare practice, should not even be in the industry, and should not be helping anyone, especially when they’re sick. If you go online, you can see several reviews of this person that are negative for the same reasons. There is no way he was on a phone call with a patient for over an hour. This is the worst experience we have had at an urgent care facility and we will never be back. We will also make sure to let everyone know not to visit this facility.

good care. l do wish all locations would post on their sites and entrance door of the xray machine is unavailable, and if labs aren't getting same-day results. Been to three AFC this week and found all this out, after signing in and waiting.

A waste of time, no sense of urgency for acute conditions, wouldn’t do any in house treatment, useless

The Np treated the symptoms rather than determining the cause.   A lab test to rule out would have helped me understand.   Rather than having to spend more and go to primary care and pay again for a diagnosis based on labs.   All in all the toradal and steriods helped with the pain.

Decided I needed to have a knee liked at to be sure no stitches needed. The waiting room was quiet although cold, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and the wait was short. Cameron checked my knee and told me no stitches needed. He the cleaned it and told me what I needed to do to help it he. He gave small samples of ointment and bandages. I would definitely recommend this location of AFC.
