I signed in and registered twice by accident. Somewhere they both got cancelled. I went to the desk and asked why I wasn’t in the wait board. The employee at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful to get me seen quickly. She was also very helpful when I was having trouble signing in. Also very professional with a patient who was hostile towards her.

Check in was very frustrating because there is a sign at the check in window with a QR code. After arriving early and completing the online check in, the webpage says that the desk has been notified.  30 minutes later I hear the team member speaking to the patient that came in after me and also did online check in informing them that they aren’t notified and we should have talked to the team member. By the time I got checked in, the person with an appointment after me got called back and I ended up being seen nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time.  I’m not sure if the signage, process, or website needs to change, but something definitely does.

Everything good except the nurse/doctor’s assistant mumbled & I had to continually ask her to repeat. One time I did not ask because I thought I knew what she said, but I was wrong, & it caused some doubt & confusion for me until I clarified with the doctor.
