As usual the staff was awesome.  We appreciate them and the care they provide.  PS. We are frequent flyers.

Got my vitals checked at the scheduled time, then sat in the room for over 25 mins. The NP came in and did even touch me. I tried to explain my symptoms and all the ways I have been trying to curb them with natural ways. She had already made up her mind she wasn’t going to do anything to help. And when I told her I know my body she just said, well it’s up to you on if you get better or not. So I just got up and left.

The worst AFC visit by far. If I could give 0 stars I would. The assistant was nice but the provider was awful. She was incredibly rude, did not listen to me when I told her not to do something and made my symptoms 10x worse than when I came in. She shrugged and at the end threw her hands up and walked out of the room. I will be filing a formal complaint and I truly hope no one gets this provider. She should not be in this field.

I woke up with a fever, wheezing and crackles. I knew it was time to have a doc take a look. I was able to set my appointment in less than 10 minutes and get in for a same day appointment!  The team is professional and the environment feels clean. I’ll definitely come back when needed!

Sadly, I will not be going back to AFC. I have been there many times before but have never experienced what I did today. The front desk person was unfriendly, somewhat rude and condescending. I was hopeful that the person who called me back would be different. She was not rude but shot questions at me to complete her paperwork and was going so fast, I had to ask her to repeat her questions. There was certainly no “kind and caring environment” as the mission statement posted in the exam room indicated. The NP who diagnosed me did not seem confident of my diagnosis and that was frustrating for me. Especially since I had to pay a copay because my secondary insurance “was not accepted.” I feel like this was a waste of time and money and will not be back.

Always such a fast process when I get there. Staff are always friendly.

Absolutely amazing urgent care. If every back In town will visit again if needed

More doctors or NP onsite.   This location had 1 NP on site.  I went for a bite On my foot, she didn’t end look @ it.  Just called in prescriptions

The PA was great to work with. She took her time and was very professionally helpful
