Kind and caring staff.  Made me feel more at ease.

I went for lower back pain and sciatica symptoms. I was give a corticosteroid shot I the buttocks which was not near the root of the problem. Since the steroid shot effect is limited to the area of injection it provides no relief to the problem area. Now I am able to get another one for several months so this visit was basically worthless. I do not know if this was due to lack of knowledge by the treatment personnel or poor communication to the aid giving the injection. In the future I will seek help from a specialist since this visit was a waste of time and money.

Super fast and easy. Was only in office 20 minutes and had meds in 30!

The staff was not very friendly. Example, when I started getting dizzy during irrigation of my ear, and then started getting sick and asked for a cup of water, the nurse said the drinking fountain was in the lobby.  Thankfully the doctor was compassionate and got me a cup of water.

Scheduling was easy online and I had plenty of time slots available to me. Check-in was seamless and staff was helpful. I was seen at my exact appointment time. My provider was friendly and understanding. Because this was a flare-up of a chronic condition, he opened the conversation to solutions that worked for me in the past, which I really liked. It was nice to have someone who trusted my experience of the condition while also examining current symptoms to come to a solution. I would recommend this provider to others.

Check-in is challenging for older patients who are not proficient with check-in by cell phone.
