Came in to get blood work done. I set an appointment and didn’t get seen until an hour after the scheduled time and the nurse who took my blood and urine sample was extremely rude and impatient

I was a Walkin and had a meeting - the staff and Dr worked with me to be able to meet the time constraints I had

Check in staff acted like it was a bother me being there.

I was really surprised they didn’t check me For the flu or Covid. I’m guessing by me telling the doc my symptoms she didnt think I needed to be checked for that.  Had a cough, cold, head hurt, ears stopped up. Chest hurt when I coughed. Ended up having  an ear infection in both ears. But over all I was pleased with the service.

I was a walk-in without an appointment. The wait time was less than an hour which was surprising since I did not have an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the electronic completing of required forms via my cell phone was not difficult. The certified Nurse Practitioner that saw me was friendly, professional, and made sure my questions were answered. The nurse assistant(?) that  gave injections was not friendly, had no personality, and left me with the impression she was just doing a job.  I left with prescriptions and felt confident about the diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this provider and am thankful they take walk-in customers.

Getting an appointment quickly was easy. Wait time was very short. Most importantly the nurse practitioner and nerds who treated me were very professional, friendly, and informative.

Check in was easy. Initial evaluation was sub par at best. NP jakie waked in with a plan of care before seeing the patient and then never actually touched the patient. But she sure loved on her notepad of scribbles.

CNP did not seem to be happy in her job. She was quick.  Asked few questions. Wanted to escape the exam room and the conversation.  I think she thought me to be a stupid old man.  But I recognize we all have bad days so I don’t hold one experience against her.  I actually really like AFC  Still do.   Just hope you dont let this CNP ruin the brand.
