They were alittle backed up but they also had way too many patients but besides that they are amazing everyone of them! 5 ⭐️

Check in was great, staff friendly and caring. Really enjoyed the visit because everything and everyone was good. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Doesn’t seem to be a very busy urgent care. It was a little hard to find because it’s actually tucked away in the back off of the main street. I wanted to pay cash for my visit which they allowed me to do, but they also took my debit card regardless, which I thought was kind of intrusive. The nurses were great. The doctor was OK. They took an x-ray of my finger and here it is over 24 hours later. I still don’t have my results so to me I wish I didn’t go there. I wish I just gone to the ER. it doesn’t take that long to get an x-ray red so for me epic fail.

Very friendly staff and answered my questions. Nurse and doctor were very friendly and fast to see me. Would recommend to use if you are in need!

When got there waited maybe 4 mins to be seen. We where in the back no longer than 30 mins. They were fast and very nice and professional. Great people and environment.

I went in today at 9:36am for feeling ill and complaining of having strep throat. The staff were super friendly I’ll start there. However something was greatly missed. I went in with a 100.4 fever but was told the forehead scan read 98. I was also told that my blood pressure was reading on the lower side and asked if that was normal for me. I was tested for strep throat and strep only which they claim came back negative, I was prescribed steroids and that’s it. Now it’s 4:40 I’m pouring sweat and I have a fever of 102.2!! I am beyond pissed. I am currently on the phone with them as I’m writing this. I was asked what type of thermometer I was using which is a regular under the tongue house hold thermometer.

I feel like we weren’t really heard. They collected $200 just to tell us to go to the emergency room. Dealt like we dealt with medical students instead of qualified healthcare staff. If they’re just going to send people to the ER, they should give st least 3/4 of the money back.

Had made an appointment & completed paper work & checked in for visit on my phone. Had to wait for about an hour before being seen. However they were busy with walk-ins as well as full schedule.  The nurse, & provider were great explaining everything & very professional. The receptionist was nice as she had to go back & forward helping patients to complete admission check in paperwork on the tablet & on their phone…she did a great job & it was a lot for one person. Also, the nurse was working alone & he did an excellent job! However, some kind of bonus should be given to you staff during those critical days because they did an excellent job while Icwas in the office. I would recommend AFC urgent care to all needing medical care. Yes, I would recommend thus provider as well!

Good environment and the staff is nice and they treat me like family

My appointment was a serious sensitive appointment. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. I didn’t feel, afraid to Speak freely with the providers and staff. Which is such a blessing. And it was thoroughly quick!
