I do not like digital check in. I put them in the same category as automated telephone communication. All staff members were great. I do recommend this provider.

Everything was perfect my care, scheduling was next which was perfect as well. Check-in was very fast. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I woke up with a terrible earache which as suspected was a bad outer ear infection. I was the first one there and got in and out very quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Doctor had great bedside manner. Without insurance, it's pretty affordable, considering, as well.

It was easy to get in but everything this sweet NP told me was wrong. I wasted 200 hundred dollars to be sent to ER. No treatment whatsoever from American Family. ER said I was fine. No Alcohol in my system. Liver fine. No tremors and no need for CT scan. Also was told blood pressure was high but at ER it was totally fine. Heart fine. Blood Panel fine. So in other words, y’all got free $200 and you didn’t even have to do anything so thanks literally for nothing. But the staff was kind got in quickly but who wouldn’t get in quickly if they want to take your 200 bucks? Sorry but true. All I needed was rest and hydration.

OMG like it's not enough to say the ratings was good except the bedside manner I thought that young doctor was extremely cocky in a little disrespectful you asked for my opinion you asked for my review so there it is

They were more helpful than the people I was sent to do my ultrasound with! They helped answer questions, provided post-appointment help, and helped with insurance issues.

PA Brandon was Unprofessional. I was yelled at for bringing up my concerns. There’s 100 ways he could’ve responded. He was Loud, ill-mannered, and just very aggressive. Hopefully he doesn’t get the opportunity to become a real Provider. Just thinking of incidences that he would not do for his future Patients really is sad and pitiful. His heart is Unworthy and should not be in this Field. A Lawyer or business profession is more suitable since he likes to be confrontational instead of being empathetic. He Not a Patience Human At All. 12/10 Do Not recommend Mr.Brandon; but FD Agent was super nice as always. 6/10 for whole Clinic.  Thanks but No thanks!

From out of town. Been fighting a nagging cough and fatigue. Called the office and was scheduled within 30 mins. PA was very through. Listened attentively to my past medical history. By the end of that day I was already feeling better.

The beat clinic ever!!!  I absolutely recommend this clinic to visit. You will never regret
