Took my pre set appointment two hours to be seen they took walk ins before I was called until I finally went up to say something. Apparently they lost my appointment , so annoying to see everyone after me go in before me.

All staff were very friendly and personable. I waited for about an hour and a half, but it was what I was expecting.

Booked a DOT DRUG TEST on Thursday for Saturday at 8am asked before making appointment if they did DOT DRUG TEST on Saturday…got there at 8am couldn’t do Test NO ONE to do Test! They said come back tomorrow (Sunday) 8am waited 1hr 15 minutes….ready for Test when I got there! Far from Professional when asked why taking so long when I made another Appointment!!!!!

Medical care was good. Reception not so much… There should be an option to work with paper and not online. I had a problem and so did another person that I’m aware of in the waiting room and the receptionist was unwilling to help. She said she was helping other people.

I scheduled on line which made it easy.. the girl at the front desk could have been a little more friendly like maybe a smile and a good morning other than that it was a great experience…. I’ve been here a few times and gotten great care .  The doctor is always great too.  I would def recommend. Ty again

Everything was good but the exam room really needs a good cleaning ! Yuk.

Eczema behind my ears! Just needed someone to take a quick look. Took 20 minutes. Got some ointment and was on my way. Probably seen by a nurse practitioner. Either way she was thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you.

The staff at this urgent care are all very attentive and very friendly. The provider listened and spoke with care about my concerns. Will definitely be using this facility again. Thanks for a great experience with your team of professional care providers.

Had a sore throat and slightly stuffy for 7 days then started with a cough decided to go into the walk-in my second time there checked in went well.. a lady and her child came in after me I had paperwork to do so I thought they'd be before me I went before them while waiting 15 minutes in the room as usual the doctor went and saw them first I thought that was odd but I had a great experience said my throat wasn't that red but it must be irritation due to the mucus I pretty sure he said he was going to give me a cough suppressant and instead I got a steroid spray and pills I guess overall it went well
