First visit.  Staff was responsive and friendly.  Waits were short and at no time did I feel rushed by the staff.

This is my family’s “go-to” place for urgent care.  Once again, everyone was very friendly and helpful.  Super easy to schedule an appointment, and the staff is so nice—-starting at check-in, and then the nurses and PA.  All around good, thorough treatment.

Online scheduling was super easy. Filling out the paperwork was a little tedious but manageable.  From front desk, to intake nurse, to PA - everyone was super nice, friendly and made me feel at ease.

Everything went smoothly and got great care. I would recommend them

Excellent care all around. Dr Barry took good care of me and addressed all my concerns. The x ray tech did a good job too. I was pleased with all the care. I would recommend this urgent care facility.

Been fighting this respiratory issue a few days and today it seemed to progress which scared me enough to get advice and so far n I came. I rarely go to the doctor so this took a lot for me to go but the check in was ok… need senior font on phone because eyes are a bit blurry due to coughing and wheezing but it was easy.  Nurse was kind and efficient and Nurse Practioner was excellent. Understood my needs and didn’t waste my time!  I will be back if I have any more issues.

I had a persistent cough that I was trying to get fixed.  My caregiver was knowledgeable and quick.  Great experience.

I was the first patient to be seen that day and the waiting room was dirty from the previous day. When I was called back, the nurse took my temperature and did not put a probe cover on the thermometer. Not only is it disgusting, but it is also completely unhygienic. The nurse did not realize what she had done because she attempted to remove the nonexistent probe cover after taking my temperature. When I brought this up to the front office staff, I was informed that she was a fill-in because they were short staffed. The nurse who was standing at the front desk also stated that she did not believe that the thermometer was cleaned between patients.
