I am from out of state and ended up with strep. I was able to get in quickly and easily and was out in less than an hour. I appreciate the help they gave, the friendliness of the entire staff and how quickly I was able to get in and out.

I was a walk in   Every body there was great. Polite and very helpful. I recommend anyone who asks where to go for fast friendly medical care to see them.

Dr Bianchi and all the staff were excellent.  My visit was very thorough and productive.

I was very saddened by how this appt went because I have always heard amazing things about this clinic and have even been once before and it was great. I came in for sinus issues/other concerns. The first lady that took my vitals was great but then when I started talking with the nurse practitioner she first lectured me on what I should have done a week ago with an attitude and said half of the things under her breath (hindsight is always 20/20). Then, when I shared my last concern while she was walking out the door, she gave a snarky laugh and comment. Maybe I am being a little dramatic because I was not feeling well but I am the patient and you are the practitioner with the information that I don't know which is why I came to you. I work in healthcare and a little bedside manner and compassion go a long way. I will come back because of my last visit but I will be asking for a different practitioner. I would also put 5 stars on 'ease of scheduling, office cleanliness, and wait time' but then that bumps it up from a 3 star to a 4 making it good and it was not a good experience.

I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I am so grateful to have access to AFC when doctor's office hours are so limited and for all the staff who works there. They do an excellent job!

Five stars for eveything EXCEPT the overly burdensome check in process. Why do we have to do all of that every time when we are returning patients?

Great service, however you only had one provider on staff today. Severly understaffed for the volume of clients.

I had been dealing with sinus issues that wouldn't go away. I got on line, made the appointment, which was very easy, and I was seen 3 hours later! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and the physician was attentive, and gave me the meds I needed to get better. That was my first time going there, but it won't be my last when I'm not feeling well!

Young lady at the front desk was funny, informative an kind. Didn’t take long an the Dr was fast and pleasant
