They said they couldn’t help my situation and sent me to ER

Check in and appointment was done in a timely manner and staff was nice

We were traveling from out of town. My 10 month old developed a 102.5 fever and was tugging at her ears. Made a same day appointment. Waited over 30 mins with the appointment to be seen. They didn’t even have a rectal thermometer to check my infants temp. The NP came in, didn’t even knock and was talking so fast. Called my daughter a boy. Was not gentle at all. Grabbed and yanked my daughters head to check her ears. My daughter was crying hysterically. All she said was the left ear was red and was going to prescribe amoxicillin. Barely listened to her lungs. Walked out so fast and left door open. We were unsure if she was coming back or not. Terrible bedside labor and not good with babies. I’m a nurse and I’m extremely disappointed with the care especially since we aren’t from this area.

So easy to schedule. Wait time was short and the staff was so kind and helpful.

I had a problem that needed care, so therefore I went after Church no appointment scheduled but I able to be seen in a timely manner! The Staff was very helpful and was able to provide the Cato needed.. The Receptionist, Nurse and of course the Doctor that were on duty! Thanks AFC

They need to do better its like they are not properly trained

Let’s schedule an appointment for 1140. They call me back at 11:42.!  staff was super friendly.

Was trying to get a drug screen done payed for by my employer, feel like the staff could be better at getting me to understand about links and paperwork and not taking my questions as personal or being too friendly or whatever they perceived. I feel Like the front desk person could’ve been more upfront with the questions I asked But I feel Like she was ok but kinda rushy as to me providing my ID I sat there and watched her being more friendly with other patients as far as me trying to get everything done. I feel Like bre could’ve been better as well but maybe im overthinking but she was kinda jumpy at first as to me getting everything out my pockets and letting me know the doors should not be open taking a drug test so I replied Oh no I’m not going to do that. but I did tell her how she was doing and maybe she’s going through something overall they can be more patient care friendly and tell patients information for a better understanding not trying to make me give the impression of being hostile just a lil bit.
