La atención fue muy buena con mucho respeto y muy profesionales en verdad quedé encantada

Had a sore developing on my outer ear  Got a quick appointment and saw the doctor who prescribed antibiotics. All went well.

Went in for swollen foot couldn't bear weight much when I got to back i put in w/c which I was grateful nurse diagnosed my problem pain medication and antibiotics given and two shots pain is better

I was there for 2 1/2 hours when there was only 1 person in front of me (per the app). The aid that saw me was as unfriendly as I have ever experienced.  Never looked me as she spoke and acted like she did not want to be there. I waited an hour to get called back and over an hour in the exam room. The Dr/Nurse Practitioner was fine, but overall was a poor experience.

Your Lobby chairs are overdue for replacement... many stained and damaged. Finding a clean place to sit in the lobby was challenging.

Had some back pain that the chiropractor couldn’t get rid of with standard adjustments. Needed to try another course of treatment. Highly satisfied with the care I received at AFC urgent care tiger town Opelika, AL

The wait time is outrageous. All I wanted was my blood drawn for some test I need for work and it took an hour. Also when I went to pickup my test results, they ran the wrong test that I asked for and I verified the test multiple times while I was there. So now I’m late on getting my test in.

I experienced an extremely long wait time of over 1 hour and 30 minutes, despite having an appointment. I arrived five minutes early and had already completed all paperwork online. I was called back quickly, but then sat alone in the exam room for the remainder of the wait. I understand that offices get busy, but this amount of time without communication is unacceptable. Additionally, the back bathroom was in very poor condition, with dried urine on the toilet and walls, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Overall, this visit was very disappointing and not the level of professionalism or care I expected.

My only concern was they didn’t open the doors till 8:13 when they were suppose to open at 8 but they make up for it with fast and very friendly service once I got in.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Entire staff was helpful since I’m slow shuffling due to arthritis. I will spread the word about this facility. So glad to find a place like this!
