All aspects of my visit were very positive! I always return to AFC when I need urgent care.

It was very easy to make the appointment through the app. We got there right on time to our appointment at 1:30 and we’re getting our vitals done at about 140. We waited about an hour and 45 minutes to see someone once we got in the room. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told that they were waiting on the provider to get there. I was not pleased. We had to wait so long. Also, my daughter was swabbed for strep right when we got in the room. About an hour and a half later, they came in to swab her for Covid and flu. So then we had to wait for those results to come in before we can see the provider. Overall, we were there about two hours and 15 minutes.

Had a cyst pop up on my left wrist, went in and got it diagnosed and treated in same appointment. Wait time was a little long but there were only 3 staff members. They did a great job. Melissa was especially nice and helpful. Very professional and very clean. Will definitely return if I need urgent care.

The doctor and the peoples work here is very nice and kind but I think with me being treated through worker comp has to make difference. The doctor or the office have to be getting money or something to send me back to work no matter what my health conditions. I been coming here since September and I haven’t got no medicine or medical treatment. The doctor know I’m in pain but won’t give me nothing for pain I been trying to get to the pain management center sense September and have got no results when I have MRI clearly showing my back is injured. No offense but I might have to talk to lawyer about the mishandling of medical treatment. How do you release someone back to full duty without seen them getting no medical treatment or write them nothing for pain in 6 months? I went back work in December just to get hurt worst February. And I guess what he still trying to send me back to work again without doing nothing for me. But like I said I will be on the phone with my lawyer the first thing in the morning

It was an easy experience - very efficient.  The people were all very kind and caring and kind. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

I loved how nice and easy to work with the staff was and I would recommend to anyone else If they needed urgency.

I thought I had a sinus infection but it turns out I had an ear infection, sinus infection, the flu, and bronchitis!! I was there for a while but I had a lot done - breathing treatment, chest xray, and a steroid shot. They were very thorough, kind, efficient, and compassionate. Highly recommend!!

Walked in, completed paperwork online and front desk clerk was very helpful and great attitude. The process was smooth! PA was attentive and friendly. Attentive too. .

The care you receive is beyond exceptional! There may be a wait but it most definitely beats the alternative of the ER. Everyone is professional, caring and understanding. They verify who you are and explain everything they are doing leaving no questions. This urgent care, both locations, is a top notch medical facility with a very caring and efficient staff! I came into the office for a pre-employment drug screen. I was able to check in with a device given to me by the front desk associate. Staff was very friendly and thorough. They answered any questions or concerns of mine.
