On line registering is easy and fast. Allows for quick check in. Medical staff, as usual, were thorough, knowledgeable and fast.

Scheduled an appointment and got straight in without a wait. Staff was so friendly and caring. The nurse practitioner was awesome. Did a thorough exam and explained what he was doing and how long it would take. Checked on me while I was waiting on my results. Very pleased and impressed with how smooth everything went. I would highly recommend.

Came in for drug screen and physical and I showed up at 7:50 to be there early and didn’t use the restroom but after waiting almost and hour I had to go to the bathroom before I was called back (it’s really hard to hold it for 3 hours) I still was able to give a sample which was plenty for multiple tests for a drug screens and before she even really looked at it or checked it she rudely said this ain’t enough and I need another sample and I tried to calmly explain I have to be at work in the next 35 minutes and can not sit and wait to pee without being offended anything to drink and this is after being there an hour already! Then acts like I’m refusing to take the test which I did not! I wasn’t asked if I could come back just a rude response that I couldn’t even clearly understand!

No problem In scheduling.   The checking was very slow and there Was no one ahead of us. Insurance paid all.  No.

Sarah the lab technician was fantastic. I called and requested my lab results. She had them ready for me to pick up. I was expecting to wait but no she had them in an envelope already done. I wasn't even there 1 min. I appreciate it so much especially since I worked 12 hrs from 5am to 5pm. Thanks Sarah 🤗

Told couldn't help and go to ER. I'm sure they'll still bill even though it was literally we can't help you. There was no paper on the table. Praying they wiped it down.

I was really disappointed. I went in for a few reasons. Mainly, I ate something I was allergic to, was throwing up and since I have b/p issues needed fluids. The tech checked my b/p through a long sleeve shirt and sweat shirt sleeve which of course gave a wrong b/p. It showed me hypertensive. With the disease I have, I do not get hypertensive. The provider told me she thought I had Covid. I told her it was impossible because I had Covid 45 days ago. She tested me anyway. That came back negative. She then sent me home and told me if I got worse to go to the ER. She never listened to me. Only wanted to tell me I had Covid and then rushed me out when I didn’t. Waste of time and money.

Woke up this morning not feeling well, made an appointment on line for 9:30, was seen quickly and thoroughly examined.  Great service.
