I was pleased with my visit completely. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I didn’t have a long wait time.  My only concern was the lack of cleanliness in the lobby area and the exam room could have been a little cleaner. But, in fairness, it was the end of their day and I don’t know how busy they had been. But, a little more attention to the areas would’ve been good. I would recommend that provider to others, however. They are good at their individual jobs.

I have had an earache for a day and a half. My normal GP could not fit me in today. I was able to book an appointment quickly and be seen within an hour. AFC Hampton Cove always does a great job.

I had a half twirl 0ne-Mississippi drive by in each nostril for my flu and covid tests. Dr didn’t look in my ears and didn’t really seem too concerned about my croup cough. It was a questionable experience.

Im still waiting for results. Doctor was professional and very knowledgeable.

I was able to walk in and be seen on the same day. The registration professional assisted me with the entire process. She was patient and well-informed regarding my needs. The Technician and Nurse Practitioner were caring and modeled excellent assessment details. I recommend this provider for health care needs.

When I went the get checked in they was very quick but the staff was as very quick and when I tried to tell them how I was feeling the doctor acted like he didn’t care gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way wasn’t even listing to my worries

I was a walk in. As soon as I filled out the forms on my phone, I was registered and called back in about 5 minutes. Due to a few emergencies it took a while to see the NP. She was great as usual. I recommend AFC as your first stop to avoid expensive time consuming ERs.
