Easy to get a same day appointment. Was seen on my appointment time. Very professional and thorough staff. Doctor explained my results and treatment plan. Doctor was polite and personable. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend AFC in Hampton Cove.

The scheduling app kept rotating back to confirming paperwork. The first time thru was painful enough but was delightful to do all that online. I like your wait time board. I was impressed by the staff I met there.

Had an appt at 11:50.  Waited so long finally saw provider and checked out at 12:49.  Too long iof a wait when I had booked an appointment.  Room number 3 looked exactly like it did a week ago and I wrote about it in my review.  Nothing had been cleaned.  I mentioned to the NP and he was going to let someone know.  This office needs a deep cleaning.  Still blood on the floor from a week ago.  Wait time is unacceptable.  I saw only 2 other patients in the office.  Staff moves extremely slow.   Time is valuable to your patients.  The NP did a really great job.  Would not change a thing about that part of my experience.

I went in without an appointment.   The staff is absolutely top-notch.  So kind and caring as well as professional.  I got right in and my problem was taken care of.

I was a walk in.  This was my first visit to an urgent care.   Not sure what to expect.  The check in process was fairly easy.   I’m not great typing my information on a phone and did make a mistake that the receptionist corrected for me.   I really appreciated her making the correction.   Once I was seen, the process went smoothly.  I was required to take a urine test.  The doctor I saw did listen to me and she explained the results of the test based on what see could do.   Because I am seen by the VA, she couldn’t order any test, but she did provide me the paperwork needed for my doctors.   I have no issues with the care I received.  If I ever have a need to visit an urgent care, I will return to this location.

Provider did a good job.  I had an appointment but doesn’t really seem to mean anything.  Will just walk in next time.  Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.  I think they could use another provider to speed things up.  To be honest…. The office needs a deep cleaning.  If you just popped in and out quickly you would not notice the condition of the exam room.  I waited a while and discovered way more.  I like this clinic but hope   they will hire a better cleaning company.
