Y'all was quick the nurse and the dr was sweet and great! The front desk lady was also great! And y'all are family oriented took care of our children very well! Clean facility!

Check in was fast and easy. The dr was not thorough. She walked in was very quick and listened to my lungs and said they were clear and they are anything but that. My chest is full of congestion. She was in there maybe 3 minutes ask if I wanted a shot I said yes. I sat there 45 minutes waiting. All I could hear is workers being loud and playing. I received a notification on my phone of discharge I walked out told them I was supposed to get a shot, I was sent back to the room. A lady came in and ask what shot it was. I told her I assumed a steroid, but I told her nevermind because I had already waited a long time. There is a good chance I will never be back there.

Checked in online, very simple. Immediate response with text. I appreciate that timely text.  A monitor board in the waiting room gave me confirmation . That my appt. was in process.

Tried to check in online several times kept telling me I did not have an account went to the office scan the QR code and was able to login at that point

Had to get off work because I was having problems breathing. Turned out to be the flu. The staff are so helpful and understanding and very nice. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tuck and his staff are always professional, empathetic and compassionate.

My experience this afternoon with Urgent care in Pell City Alabama was amazing.. The entire staff were super nice

That clinic is a walk-in clinic without appointment. I feel if you get there before the people that has made an appointment you should be seen before them not after if it’s not walk-in then you need to change that.

I had a stomach virus went to the doctor was little wait time everybody was friendly and I would go back again highly recommend it

As always Dr. Tuck and his staff was amazing !!! I was in and out in no time . He listens to you and u both come up with a plan for ur care that ur comfortable with . His staff are friendly and also makes u feel comfortable .
