Front desk staff and nurse who took my vitals were great. After waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes the doctor walked in handed me papers and sent me to the ER for imaging. She clearly did not have time to discuss anything with me and just sent me on. I would never go back but this is the only clinic that accepts workers comp locally.

When I went to bed, I knew I needed to be seen the next morning because I wouldn't be able to get in with my doctor for weeks. I downloaded the app & was pleased at how easy it was to schedule an appointment. Checking in was also easy. The wait time in the lobby was short, but after my vitals were taken I felt a bit abandoned in the exam room. The technician taking my vitals was less than friendly and when I opened the door to the exam room, after a long wait, to ask how much longer, she didn't even turn to see what I needed. She continued to stand with her back to me talking to another employee. The nurse practitioner I saw seemed knowledgeable, if a bit curt.
