Woke up with a fever and throat hurting AFC took care me thanks for be so friendly and caring

I had Sinus blockage for about one week. I scheduled an appointment and was seen on time. Total visit to exit in under one hour all staff and medical professionals wear kind and attentive. I am totally satisfied with the care I received at AFC. Prattville.

Im from out of state so I've never been here before. Everyone was extremely polite and wait time was very quick! I wish ours up home were this fast.

Walk in for cold / chest congestion and cough- wait time was two hours, staff would not allow door to office to remain open (room was hot / a/c not on). I do not recommend.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.. THE STREP TEST WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.. IT REALLY HURT.

The Solv app checked me in, I was waiting for about 20 minutes and suddenly was not on the check in list anymore. One of the ladies up front claimed to her coworker that she texted me and I didn’t respond so she removed me from the wait list—I was right in front of her and she wouldn’t even look at me when I mentioned I had not received a text from them, and continued to talk about me like I wasn’t there still lol. I was in the waiting room the whole time, she easily could have called my name out.  I waited about another hour past my appointment time, went into the back. Key point: I wasn’t the only person that was present and patiently waiting, who ended up getting removed from the waitlist with no warning.  I wasn’t super stoked on the answers they had for me on my ailments—then they sent a prescription in “right away”, but when I got to the pharmacy 45 minutes later it had just came in and was not ready.  The whole visit felt like a waste of time and money.

The Staff were everything one could hope for: caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Cannot say enough good things about this top notch crew.
