I came in s/p a knee injury and requested XR since the pain has progressed in the past two weeks. My knee is still painful, popping, and was given no resolution or medication. I feel like I paid a copay for nothing and need to figure out what to do now.

All staff was extremely friendly although wait time was a bit long. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit and will return the next time I need care

Needed a quick diagnosis for a persistent cough, friendly exam and on my way quickly with prescription. I would recommend this urgent care practice.

I scheduled an appointment online, but still had to wait in the same line as walk-ins.. so what’s the point of booking ahead? I was there for over two hours and was the last person called, despite the waiting room being empty. I then waited another hour in the exam room. The discharge process was just as frustrating.. very little communication about my diagnosis or next steps, no prescription sent in even though one was recommended, and I was told the pharmacy was already closed, which could have been avoided with more efficient care. Overall, a very poor experience. I won’t be returning.

This place is so well organized. Seen right away, courteous, efficient, and professional. Would recommend

PA Will had horrible bedside manner. He was dismissive and barely looked at my ear, which was swollen and hurting. The medicine he prescribed did not relieve my symptoms. I had to go to a different provider, who prescribed an antibiotic, which finally gave me relief and improvement.

The doctor was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I came in hoping to get an X-ray on my leg, which she told me she wasn’t going to do, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I was asking why and talked in a condescending tone. Aside from that, she did not ask about my pain or give me any useful information to use moving forward. The other staff in the office were very friendly but unfortunately due to the doctor I would not recommend it here.

Outstanding service nothing more to say!! From start to finish. Very attentive, answered all questions and did not rush you.

I have an AFC for sometime and most the the place I have visited the staff are very friendly, But today in Rocky hill the front desk staff wasn’t friendly trying to give me attitude, because I was in my work gear , trying to snub me because I didn’t have my id on me .But I showed her the one on my phone and she started mumbling , But never paid her no mind.  But as soon as a lady and her son came in she started smiling. Unbelievable
