Came in twice in one week with flu as I was not feeling better. First visit, don’t think I mentioned my ears and throat to doctor but definitely did on second visit and never had ears or throat looked at. Maybe I’m behind the times but I thought that was a routine part of exam, especially when it’s clear on test someone is sick with flu. Strep can go along with flu as can ear infections and both require antibiotics. After $60 in copays, never had ears or throat looked at after stating that the second visit and mentioning my ears and throat.

I spent 50.00 to be told I had a cold and receive no medicine so I am having to visit a different urgent care today yet they only charged 3.00. It doesnt make sense.

Walked in, checked in, was seen and had a prescription in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and competent. Very happy with my care and a really pleasant change from going to the ER.

Very nice and easy was in and out helped me and I got my medicine the same night too

In and out in less than 30 minutes. So pleased with staffs attention and courtesy.

Was sick when I woke up and went to the AFC and forgot I could schedule online. So I went in as a walk in and was able to schedule easily and within 30 minutes saw the dr and was out 10 minutes later with meds called in to pharmacy.

Had a inflammation flair up, walked in in pain and was taken right away

The wait time was crazy waited an hour to be called back with only one person in front of me and they waited 30 minutes to 40 minutes once in back they was quick but it was no reason to have a long wait in lobby with no legitimate reason. The ladies restroom was nasty trash was full and the floors in patients room had dried up mud off someone shoe looked like it hadn’t been sweep in a few days and I was the first patient in that room for the day. I have been to this location many times and this was the worst experience and it wasn’t even from the staff they was all nice and respectful.

Everything went well ! Went there by mistake!! Decided to use them anyway !! Good experience !!
