My daughter battles sinus and allergy issues during season changes,so our visits are quite frequent. Check-ins and scheduling are very easy online.The staff is very friendly with great bedside manner. The attention is your care is very good. Great place for your healthcare needs.

Called last week for info regarding DOT physical exam. Receptionist was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I was surprised that a DOT certified examiner was available so much of the time.  Walked in without appt this afternoon (9/6/26) and the entire staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.  Keep up the good work!

They told me they would call in an ultrasound so I fasted and only had small sips of water for basically two days waiting for it but they never called it in so I had to get admitted to the emergency room overnight because I was so dehydrated and my blood sugar was so low because the facility failed to actually make sure I was taken care of. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Hello good evening I went to get a drug test for a pre-employment for my job and there were some troubles with sending my information through my email to the office’s email but eventually we got it. The phlebotomist that did my drug test was very kind to me and the instructions were clear. Thank you and have a great day.

The physician’s assistant who treated me for my dot physical was arrogant, condescending, and dismissive. I will never return to your facility.

A great clean professional place to be seen at I was very grateful with the service they gave me they treated me with tender love and care and the doctor that sees you are amazing and very confidential and will be returning on the regular I love it there! Thankyou all very much

I was seen as fast as they could see me, but the staff was rather stand off-ish, the hospitality could use some work. The last man I saw was very kind, but the folks I saw before that were not sympathetic at all and I could hear them outside of my room talking about how "difficult" I was and "hard to deal with" because I gagged on the strep swab. Closed doors do not equal sound proof :)

Had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for the appointment. 24 hours later and still haven’t heard back for my blood test results.

I was treated really good. At least I didn't have to wait 4 plus hours to be seen, like it would have been if I had went to that place formerly known as Med Center South.

Dr stated she was going to call me in some antibiotics into the pharmacy but I’ve never received that medication i really need my medication. I’ve had to call multiple times & still nothing
