This is an MD who takes me seriously… much appreciated as this is not always the case with other healthcare professionals

I waited over an hour once in exam room  Otherwise good experience

I was dreading an appointment but knew that I needed to go somewhere to be seen as I wasn’t getting better on my own. Wait time was almost nonexistent, by the time I finished my checkin paper work they were calling me to be seen. Care was very professional from all around. PA Downs had excellent bedside manner and addressed my concerns quickly, as well as ordered some supportive medications to help me feel better. Overall had a great experience with this visit.

Scheduling on line and filling out paperwork on line was quick and easy. Liked the app color scheme. Check-in was easy and staff super friendly, pleasant, and professional. The staff went above and beyond cheerfully to help and assist meet. It was 5 star service; I was 100% satisfied with the staff and process. My reason for going was accomplished pleasantly. The facility was very clean. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I paid out of pocket and the cost was way cheaper than CVS Minute Clinic; therefore, more economical for me. No wait time upon arrival either. The location is easy to find; parking abundant. I was so satisfied, I scheduled further appointments there. They have my vote with a smile and big thank you. 🙂

Too many PA and not a Dr on staff., please listen to your patient I came in with certain symptom's and was told no you can not have this type of medication. I listen and understood but who knows my body better than me. Next time when I suggest or comment please at least add that into the care that I am recieve or probably should not come back ever

Great staff and courteous will definitely come back again if I need other medical need

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.  Doctor listened to everything I had to say about what was going on with me. Went over the test they gave me to bring home.  Was very pleased with the staff

I alwayshave and always will chooe AFC. I absolutely get optimal care every time I go there. I recommend them to everyone i can!!!!
