There was trash everywhere in the hallway and wet splatters all over the exam room walls. Front desk staff didn’t speak as I approached the desk to check in nor when I told her I needed an appointment. The nurse and doctor were nice.

I was happy to be able to register online. Most of the staff were friendly. One may have been having a rough day; not rude just cold. I should have asked the doctor more question. Over all; great experience.

The front desk receptionist was rude, belligerent, unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful, and showed zero care or concern.     Based on my experience with this front desk employee, she demonstrates an inability to be flexible in her approach with the patient/customer.   She did not listen to and/or appropriately address any of my concerns with certain check in procedures.    I do have the employee’s name but have intentionally omitted her name from this review.    I would NOT recommend this facility!

They opened at 8, but didn’t unlock the door until 5 minutes after. We could see them chatting up a storm through the door. I was the first one called back but it took forty minutes to get called back. They made sure to collect my copay within the first minute I was inside though. The doctor talked to me from the hallway as if he was afraid to get sick. I went for the flu and I hurt my back. They didn’t look at my back at all. No xray or anything. They prescribed me what I was already taking and hadn’t been working. He ran out the door before I could contest anything. The walls were covered in splatters and were disgusting. It was a terrible, awful experience all around.

I was sick. They had no use for me since I tested negative for Covid. The dr spent less than 3 seconds w me. They RXed Al Eve I went for a 2nd opinion at another office. I have bronchitis and a bacterial infection.  DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Checked flu and Covid without even listening to lungs and when it came back negative prescribed basically aleve and cough syrup. Worthless trip and teledoc did much better next day. Would NOT recommend.

I have always been treated kindly and thoroughly at the Hoover location and appreciate the staff there.

I think I need antiboctic which I didn’t get for this saddle sore issue that I have. I may have to go to another doctor to get one

everybody is nice and helpful especially person at the counter ,so helpful  and patience we need her…
