I was struggling with sinus infection, so I scheduled an appointment 2 hours prior to my apmt time. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment to allow time to check in. After easily checking in, I waited for more than an hour and a half to be put into a room. During my time waiting I noticed there were at least 3 walk-ins before me and one walk-in also checked in after me, yet all of the walk-ins were seen prior to me. They had no appointment and one even checked in after me, yet was seen before me. After waiting for over 2 hours and still not being seen by a provider, I ultimately left the building because based on the conversations happening outside the door, It was evident that I was not going to be seen anytime soon. I explained my concern to the staff, who ultimately did nothing to help, but did apologize. They took my co-pay, my vitals and I explained my symptoms to the tech, but I never saw a provider, never received a follow up call after leaving, no diagnosis and no medicine prescribed and no refund.  It would have been a much better experience if they allowed appointments to take priority over walk-ins. If they are ignoring the appointments and instead are putting people in order simply based on the moment they walked into the door…there is not reason to offer appointments.

Was experiencing severe knee pain and was able to get immediate care!!The staff were amazing!!!

They forgot to give the print out of lab results but otherwise the quality of care was pretty good.

I was quickly seen which was a plus. However, an insurance was ran that I no longer have and the new card had been provided during the check-in process. I had mentioned my symptoms to the triage person and was asked if I had a cough to which I replied no but did offer I thought it was my sinuses which I often deal with. The doctor came in and asked if I had been exposed to anyone with COVID or the flu recently to which I said not that I was aware of and thought it was sinuses - headache, sore throat, chest tightness. He replied that they would test me for COVID and flu and walked out. He never checked my ears, throat, or breathing. The doctor came back in to communicate the tests were negative and he was sending an Rx for naproxen and cough syrup. I do not feel like my symptoms were addressed. Also, as I was leaving the only comment was to leave a good review. While the facility was clean, the care of the patients is lacking.

Everything was good except chest xray experience. Had to do multiple takes because of a software issue. Good people and will use services again.

I did a DOT physical. Wait time was long do to my authorization code being expired.

Dara took my vitals and was very pleasant and professional. David’s Spann NP listened to my concerns and provided appropriate assessment

The environment was great, and the staff was wonderful. I had to go in for a physical. They were very helpful going into the procedure and the physician there was very thorough and had good bedside manner
