These people have become my go to.  So fast and easy for non threatening ills. I cannot pray them enough

I only go to Vestavia AFC for my random screenings through the ABN. They always get me in and out within 20-30 mins max. The staff and manager are the best of the best; consistently efficient, professional and personable. I know from my personal experience in healthcare that great leaders = great staff, so I’m always impressed by the manager, Gina, who works alongside staff and leads w/a positive attitude. I am grateful for this place and these people who have gained my loyalty during a time in my life where I have to frequently test and fit it into my day, no matter how much I have going on. Their efficiency and kindness have made this process so smooth, and I never dread being selected or worrying about long wait periods or encountering rude staff. I can confidently say that I will always receive top notch care no matter the day or time. Thank you all!!!❤️

I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, which I appreciated. The staff checked my vitals, and I completed a self-swab for laboratory testing. Overall, the service and care I received were above par. My only concern is the estimated three-to-four-day turnaround time for the lab results. When you are already uncomfortable, experiencing irritation, and waiting to find out what is causing your symptoms, that feels like a long time. Since treatment options depend on the results, a faster turnaround would greatly improve the patient experience. I am accustomed to receiving similar results within one to two days and hope this is an area they can improve. Other than the laboratory turnaround time, I was pleased with my experience.

Bug bite was getting too big and itchy. I was worried about tick bite or ringworm. NP examined closely and recommended treatment for an allergic reaction. With  steroids, antihistamine and anti-fungal just in case. Next day, it is already improving.

Office staff friendly and very helpful. My Dr visit was great. She even walked me to the exit door and opened it for me. I was using my cane.

I was deeply disappointed in the lack of human interaction at this clinic. Everything was done digitally. When medical person came in I didn’t even know if they were a physician as they did not introduce themselves. They hardly looked at me. The session lasted maybe 2 minutes. Then I waited for a person to come back with my discharge paperwork or let me know about next steps but no one ever came. Since I am not somebody constantly on my phone I didn’t realize they sent a text and nor did anyone tell me to expect a text. So there I sat waiting. Finally I looked to see how long I had been waiting and saw I had received a text with the information. So I proceeded to just walk out. I would not recommend this clinic due to lack of social interaction and unprofessional medical personnel.

My experience was great!! The staff was very friendly and caring.  The practitioner was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will go back when needed.
