Went in for a work relative injury. The wait time was quick. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I will only go here for urgent care moving forward. I can’t say enough positive things about everyone working at AFC North Worcester.

I made an appointment online and also checking in through text. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. Staff was nice. I wish there was a way for the clinic to contact patients while they wait in their cars. I was in alot of pain while waiting in the waiting room on an uncomfortable chair. I would of love to have waiting in my car. But overall i have no complaints on the overall care.

Hardly any wait time . Everyone was very nice . I went in because of back pain . In and out in under and hour .

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The front desk staff were so kind, and my nurse who took my vitals and listened to what was going on immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely unjudged. The provider was incredibly compassionate, made me feel very heard, and was so reassuring throughout the visit. I’m truly grateful for such a wonderful team of women and such a positive experience!

From the minute I walked in there until the minute I left I was treated above and beyond wonderful. I didn't have to sit in the waiting room long at all. They diagnosised me quick and before I knew it I was on my way home!! I would definatly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!

The office staff and the nurses were fantastic.  They were kind and understanding.  Thank you for great care!

I had to wait 90 minutes to see someone, the another 20 minutes for an X-ray, that I never got !

Wait times poor , holy cow, urgent was not me, wait times poorer

Leaving work was told a physical therapy report is needed.I checked in at that day 3pm.The staff on the desk didn’t seem to understand me. Charges were very high than what I expected. The nurse was not welcoming.But the Doctor was very nice and polite and helpful.Anyway,’all patients are entitled the same welcome’.

Staff were excellent! Didn’t have to wait and felt very well cared for.
