I went in for a work injury (Metal in finger) they did an x ray and found metal. They referred me to a hand surgeon. When I called the number they gave me there was no hand surgeon there. I called back to get a different referral was told they don't really have anyone and to find one myself. I went back tonight (2 days later) to get an opinion on my finger as I couldn't get an appointment with a surgeon until January 3rd. I was told the physician I originally seen wasn't there and there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could give me pain meds and I was turned away. When my discharge papers specifically say to come back if pain worsens or there is swelling and redness. Horrible experience.
