If you know the difference between receiving actual considerate medical care and receiving defensive and crafted replies meant to mask that they don’t know how to provide you medical care, then you may be able to understand why I gave 1 star.

I walked in to the urgent care clinic and was seen in approx 20-30 minutes.  The staff at Aspen was (as always!!) efficient and professional.  2 students asked me about my symptoms and then reported to an NP who examined me and determined a course of treatment very quickly. It will take a couple of days to see if it actually works, but I felt heard and cared about which meant a lot to me.

Best visit I’ve had here. Everyone was wonderful. I loved the MA she was very sweet and helpful.

The wait time is absolutely insane. You need a disclaimer saying wait times may be longer than normal or we are running behind. You need to keep that line of communication open with a PT— it’s vital. You guys fail at that time and time again and that’s when people get upset. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour and waited in my exam room for over 30 minutes with NO updates on anything. I scheduled an appointment. I was early. I literally had all my ducks in a row for your staff and the least someone could do was say something about the practice flow. It doesn’t build trust. Communication goes a long way. The provider and her MA were great. Front desk staff also lovely. But please do a better job at communicating. Your MA was very quick and efficient. He did his job very well so well that when the doctor came in she asked a few questions then began treatment. He was a good listener and was good at explaining things. The doctor was wonderful. Great personality and caring… very caring. The lady who checked me in was in a brown yoga jacket— she’s very good at her job. She spoke clearly, very nice, and she was speedy which maybe she could tell I was in a hurry but she did a great job. The office is always very well kept. Your female providers are always top notch.

Made an online appointment and everything went smoothly. Nice, clean office and welcoming staff. I was seen by a wonderful, caring professional.

Everyone was super kind super fast service nurse practitioner was very nice. I have a fear of going to the doctors office and she made me feel very comfortable.

Thy went the extra mile and did X-rays and excellent follows calls.  They make you know they care.

All in all, it was a good visit :)  Only negative was the wait time, but I underatand how this happens, so a very positive experience overall.   I recommend d this provider.

Got there before my reserved time. Receptionist told me it would be hours before I could be seen. She was adamant that there were too many people ahead of me  and there was only one provider, so I would probably not be seen. She was unpleasant, so I left.
