Had a terrible experience with the nurse and Dr on staff.My daughter was seen but they refused to give her antibiotics she needed.We are back at the pediatricians office today getting the meds she needs because she still has an infection.Nurse was very unfriendly and Dr didn’t seem to listen.

Dr was short and rude. Nurse made a look when I was explaining what was going on. Waited over a hour to see a dr for less than 5 minutes.

One nurse and one doctor, that is. Waited until 6:30 for a 5 o'clock appointment

My son had a cough so I made the appointment the day before .The process was easy to do . The staff was very friendly and accomodating. He was well taken care of .I would recommend Atlanta Plus Urgent Care as a great health provider.

The person treating me seemed in a hurry and diagnosed my rash as ringworm and gave me prescriptions for it and sent me out the door telling me to follow up with a dermatologist.  I went to my doctor the next day because I had doubts about the diagnosis.  I do NOT have ringworm instead it’s a viral infection.

I was able to get appt ASAP for my son. We didn’t have to wait but few minutes. They were very kind and nice and treated my son.

Easy scheduling, no wait, staff was very friendly and efficient. Provider was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

Every single time we go to this urgent care the staff is always friendly, attentive, thorough, and just overall pleasant.  The Dr was amazing.  We scheduled online, there was no wait when we came in.  I highly recommend this urgent care.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat. Booked an appointment online and showed up for my visit. I waited in the sitting area for about 15min before I was called to the back to see the Doctor.. The MA came in right behind us to ask a few questions and before she could finish, our Doctor was coming in to do his evaluation. The Doctor was quick and thorough. Great bed side manners and knowledgeable. The entire staff from start to finish was excellent! Thank you so much!!!

This clinic is my go to walk in clinic. The staff is always extremely kind and makes sure to really hear out your symptoms instead of just rushing you out the door. I have received valuable insight into some health issues I have going on, and even got a referral to a specialist that I’ve been trying to get into for the past few months. Additionally as a trans individual, this clinic and its staff has always treated me with respect, and never turned me away using some excuse of my HRT or presentation. I can not recommend here enough!
