I was there for an employment drug test. I spent a total of about 2 hrs. on two consecutive days for this. In the past, I have gone a few times to my local Labcorp and you are in and out within 10 minutes. 1) Filling paper work to fill HIPAA forms for an employment related drug test 2) Getting a sign-off for drawing blood for an employment related urine test. 3) Forcing me to provide my email address and asking if it's okay to receive marketing emails. 4) Forcing me to sit 2 hrs. along with sick patients wearing masks or coughing. None of this makes sense to me.

Arrived there after a work place accident at 11 am and had to wait 2 and a half hours before I received any help at 1:30, and after I was able to have a nurse help me they simply told me to go to the hospital, front desk receptionist has an unfriendly attitude and not very helpful.

Could not book an appointment with my primary doctor so I decided to try your urgent care. I was pleasantly surprised by the great care I got! The wait time was long but other than that a great experience. I will come again when I’m sick. Thank you

Walked in with a persistent cough, as I hadn’t been there since they changed to it new company, I had to fill-out the paper work again. I was called in to see the doctor just as I was finishing. I had my vitals taken and the nurse practitioner  came in about two minutes later. I was examined and had a chest X-ray taken. They called in three scripts to my pharmacy and I was out only about an hour after I arrived. The people there are very nice, patient and understanding. I’m glad they changed to Atlantic! Definitely the place to go when you have a health problem! Highly recommended!

Staff are terrific. Doctor was excellent. Treatment room floor around examination table had dirt/grime and red-ish brown stains that may have been dried blood.

Came as a walk-in with coughing and confusion and was worrying about the flu but it turned out to be pneumonia.  Got in fast and out fast with the doctor calling I’m my prescription.

Scheduling was very easy , check-in was also easy , staff were extremely courteous and friendly , care was excellent

I had a UTI and needed to be seen ASAP. I was a walk in and waited about an hour which was fine. Once I was seen the nurse practitioner took excellent care of me and I was able to get my antibiotics right away. I have been to this facility befit and have always had a good experience.

I was able to walk-in and be serviced within the hour. The staffs helped me fill out my documentation and clear out any misunderstandings. The waiting area was spotless and it smelled like fresh air and not that usual “hospital smell”. When I was called in, I was welcomed with a friendly nurse. She explained the process and directed me to where I needed to be. Afterwards she always explained next steps and what I need to look forward to. I was treated like a normal human being.
