I’ve had good experiences at this location and have had no problem getting an appointment. The doctors and nurses are caring and treat my various illnesses with aplomb. Check in was simple as I did most of it online. The staff at check in did a nice job of getting me settled in. Dr Smith was very helpful and easy to talk to about my condition. He gave me good advice and in a very clear manner. I hope that I don’t have to go back but if I do, I know the care I get will be excellent.

All of the staff at the office were courteous. Appreciated being able to make the appointment online and be seen relatively soon after I arrived.

Scheduling the appointment was a little confusing when it came to taking pictures of identification but everything else was good. The care was excellent and fortunately I was seen on schedule and had very little complaints. I was impressed and would recommend this provider.

All staff is professional, efficient and engaging. The doctor Dr. S is excellent and detailed in diagnosing and deciding on treatment with all attending health issues considered.

Woke up this morning, showered, & put my hearing aids in, BUT, couldn’t hear in my left ear. Arrived at AH Urgent Care & was seen almost immediately. The Nurse, Aide & Doctor were great! I certainly recommend this place & Dr. Chen.

Worst experience ever the Doctor did nothing absolutely nothing walk in well sorry for the wait while I was the only patient the spend 30m talking while I was in the exam room It was entreating to hear everyone life story from staff and doctor while I waited keep in mind there was no other patient waiting on top he came in said sorry for the wait laugh in his face said you have and infection your prescription will be ready by the time you get there did not check me no questions ask and send me on my merry way did not bother to ask if this is the first time I got the infection if so when just nope nothing mean while taking the medication and is too strong please don’t go to this office zero care about the patient

Waited a few hrs to get brought back. Everyone was very nice.

I scheduled but still had to wait over an hour to be seen  The health assistant that first saw me who took my information in the exam room was humming the whole time and talking so fast I could hardly understand her. When I asked her to repeat things she stared me down and appeared angry which made me feel uncomfortable she took vitals but did not tell me what the results were very unprofessional she needs more training in my opinion
