I was a walk-in so scheduling wasn’t an issue. Check- in was quick and better than expected. Staff was pleasant and understanding. Initial screening went quick and efficient, very nice nurse. Even though there didn’t seem to be that many patients, the Doctor didn’t seem thorough either with the questions or exam,  X-Ray was not available. MRI not considered. Prescribed a steroid, if NSAIDS didn’t put a dent in the pain, after two weeks and I still have trouble walking steroids probably  won’t have an effect either. No referral for PT to get me walking properly again. TikTok Doc went back to his desk and seemed to be texting on his phone as I left.

My biggest complaint is that although it was a Sunday afternoon, I was told that two prescription would be called in the Walgreens that day. They were not. The urgent care was then closed on Monday for Presidents’ Day and so I have not received any medication prescriptions at this point.
