Was fighting a cold for a week and decided to get checked for flu or Covid due to family events over the weekend. I was able to walk in and we looked at within a half hour the staff was very friendly and the doctor was very thorough

This office was very disorganized. I quickly realized upon arrival this is run by the same company as the Route 22 Greenbrook urgent care.  The wait time is horrendous and the doctor seemed confused about a child having a fever. She suggested taking Zyrtec for allergies. Did not even offer a flu test. The front desk person was very rude and incompetent. She needed a class or two in customer service. We will not be returning. Neither will the others waiting there. They were equally outraged. This is as poorly run as the Greenbrook one.  Somerset Valley in Bedminster is topnotch for cleanliness, customer care and you don't wait more than 10 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go there!  Never again here! Yikes.
