It took at least a half hour to get to the window to check in due to a busy Monday morning. However, one check in window was engaged in frivolous conversation with a patient which seriously delayed check-in for all standing in line. That is not a time to tell stories!!! Once in the waiting room I was seen pretty quickly by a very friendly efficient nurse. There was about a 25 minute wait time to get an xray. After the xray I waited over an hour before I went out and said hey I think I have been forgotten! I was. They immediately came in and apologized and sent me home to await results of xray.
