When a patient has an appointment, upon arrival and they check in they shouldn’t be made to wait behind a walk-in. Who chooses to hold up the line attempting to check in, while another member of their party fills out the medical forms. Receptionist she advise them to have a seat and come back up to the window once the forms are completed.

The receptionist was wonderful. The nurse who took the vital signsb was wonderful and even gave me an eye test. The Doctor was simply fantastic: great bedside manner, just so helpful about my eye and exhibited top-notch professionalism.
