I went to the urgent care in Roxbury because of an accute diahrrea, vomiting, weakness. I would never go back again, long wating time. After they took my vitals the nurse pass me to one of the rooms and I was waiting for the provider a whole hour even the provider went to other patients that came after me. Horrible experience.

Our appointment was at 6:30 pm. Completed all documentation online to speed up the process. Got to my appointment few minutes before my scheduled time. It’s 7:20 pm, and I am still waiting to be seen by a medical professional. As I am waiting, I get a notification on my phone: “How was your visit?” How was it?! I’m still waiting!!!
