The wait time was 3 plus hours, which I understand 'tis the season. However, the front line person was incredibly unfriendly, unwelcoming, and down right rude! The wait was long and I was in a lot of pain, so I asked for help in obtaining the phone numbers for the other locations. She reluctantly gave me one because "she used to work there and knows the number by heart." Then refused to give the other one telling me to "move out of the way so I can check in other patients." There was no one behind me!! Only the same people who were in the waiting room when I walked into the Urgent Care. I asked for her first and last name to report her and she refused to give me anything but her first name. She didn't give me back my driver's license until I went in a third time to get it myself. I called the patient relations number they gave me and they refused to take the complaint saying that I could leave my number and they will roll this up to the zone manager. I do not recommend this facility. If you are going to an Urgent Care and already feel terrible be certain that they will only make you feel worse in the way they treat you. Absolutely despicable!!

Work on bedside manner! Especially staff that is not even a doctor. It's a health care facility and if you don't even care then seek a different profession!
