Used them once before with a positive experience. Used them again with a negative experience. They said my wife didn’t have an eye infection (she thought she did). After two more days of discomfort, went to family doctor and found she did have infection and got antibiotics which cleared it up. Urgent Care was a total waste of time and money. I guess it depends on who you see for treatment.

I would recommend to go to another location I went to this location to have a covid test done on my son and i called first to to make sure he could be seen and tested from the car. the person who answer the phone did not provde me with the correct information I guess she wanted to be sure she got as many people in so she and the place can make money from the insurance companies. After waiting over 30 minutes i asked what was going on as i not have been assisted since i walked in. She stated she working on registing people 1 at a time and it takes time. After about another 30 minutes i was finally called to sign off on my papers. I then waited another 15 -20 minutes and was finally called. I was told the child needed to come into the building i explained that i was told he could be tested from the car and then assure me that was not true. I got my child to enter the building and we were place in the patient room after his weight and height. We waited and waited and waited finally they came into the room and was trying to hand me my sons discharge papers I had to stop them in their track and tell them we were never seen how can you discharge him? so they were confuse and then got the doctor who was not so nice after i express my self in a calm manner. I was pretty much judge for expressing my concerns and issues and the doctor left and aplogy for the misunderstanding. My son was given a covid test and they stated they will call me in 24-72 hours whatever ... I called before going i express the issue of my son not wanting to wear a mask and he did not want to go into the building I was told that was ok he could be tested from the car - That was not true I explained i did have a repid test at home but my son would not let me test him - they said they would test him ok but they never said it would take 24-72 hours for results i was treated in a unprofesssional manner by the front desk person and the female doctor -because i express my concerns and pointed out there issues The doctor only listen to my son chest but i had to asked him to tell what him to explain his systems to her and the doctor never came back to the room to see if we had any questions or needs for any medication So yes this was a waste of my time and insurance money as they do not desire the right to charge my son insurance for services that were not at the professional level of care that it should have been at and his well being was not the first priority
