The team at Baylor Scott are Amazing. They are extremely helpful in taking good care of me.. No complaints

The woman working the front desk was kind and helpful. And it was all downhill from there. The person doing my vitals was fine, not friendly at all but nothing exactly wrong there. The provider though? He’s the reason I will not come back here. He told me immediately he wouldn’t do anything unless I had Covid. I have been sick for 5 days and he said whatever it is should be gone in another 10. I wouldn’t have come to see a medical provider if I wanted to be sick for 10 more days. I asked for a steroid shot or something and was told no, which I accepted. However, the only advice he gave me is to try some cough drops that work for his wife. I was then left sitting in a room for an hour while he saw and discharged three other people. To the point where someone busted into my room and said “oh you’re still here?” I finally had to leave the room and ask if I would be able to leave soon. Extremely disappointed. This was a waste of my time and money. I would have been better off taking whatever medicine I have at home and a nap.

Everyone was friendly and professional. No issues at all all the way through the whole process. Great experience...

I’ve been sick for over a week. Able to get me in fast and got me some antibiotics. Great service and everyone was friendly.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful with helping me check in. Dr. Stephanie's bedside manners was great! I was very satisfied.

Both Savanah at the front desk and the Doctor who saw me were kind and very professional. The man who took my vitals acted like he wished he was somewhere else. He was neither nice or rude but rather cold and distant, not friendly. It would be great if management had a talk with him since your ratings and reviews are so important to you.

I will never go there again. The lack of help was astonishing.

I had a sudden injury and went to your urgent care clinic.  Very nice facility, and it was a calm environment.  There were two patients ahead of me, but I got in and out within 75 minutes, including an x-ray.  The tech seemed a little flustered/nervous and never cracked a smile, but he was very courteous.  The doctor/PA Stephanie was wonderful.  Great bedside manner and knowledgeable on my issue; answered all our questions succinctly (a rare trait in some medical professionals!).  I would recommend this provider.

I scheduled my appointment online and was in and out in no time. My provider and staff were awesome
