Was able to walk in and be seen quickly but inadequate diagnosis and no treatment. Still sick a week later.

I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside. Workers comp injury. The MRI I had did not visualize the area I was complaining about and the caregiver deemed that a non-issue. They released me to full duty, which I wanted, but they did it without an examination or questioning of how my symptoms have changed. It all seemed very impersonal and made me feel like they did not care how I felt.

Had a congestion and a cough for a couple of weeks which flared up at night accompanied by a sore throat. I was able to book an appointment and see the practitioner within an hour of my appointment. She was thorough, listened and gave recommendations for other issues I was experiencing

Walked in and receptionist was very nice and helpful. Nurse very nice. Doctor noted I  have  sinusitis and prescribe meds to treat it. So far so good with the treatment.

Receptionist told me to call insurance when she insisted I had a copay instead of verifying herself. This was after I had explained and showed I had met max out of pocket. I was left with the Cigna representative on the line waiting to talk to someone in your office for over 10 minutes to verify said information. The provider refused to x-ray my toe (the whole reason for my visit) because it made no difference in care. It made a difference to my accident insurance which would cover the time off from work (which I didn't ask for) and I am also unable to return to physical therapy with a possible broken toe.

For a puncture wound in my foot the bandage was applied in a sloppy manner and did cover the actual. Wound. The antibiotic prescribed “should not be given to “ me based on interactions with my other Rx . I called back and had it changed. Overall the experience felt amateurish

Easy to schedule online. All the staff were friendly and professional. Doctor was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and professional. She examined me, diagnosed the injury and prescribed post care. Will go there again when necessary.

This was the greatest office visit I’ve ever had. The girls were so nice and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. Who’s in a pain away but now I need to go to a hospital. Keep up the good work.

The nurse & Doctor were phenomenal.  The Doctor took the time to listen & genuinely cares!
