There was no lights on in the hallways, it felt very weird. The nurse never sanitized her hands before touching my daughter to examine her. They dismissed us with no paperwork and just said you’re free to go we have a negative test. 10 hours later I drive to other side of town to our old urgent care and she has a positive test for strep. The lady here just said ohh yeah her throat is really red. Like duh, I will never come back here. Said she couldn’t give a prescription because she seeing her throat swollen and red but test said negative

Wait time was minimal, staff was pleasant. But nothing was done for me. I've been dealing with persistent URI s/s for a while. I was asked if I considered seeing my PCP. Of course! If I could've easily gotten into my PCP, I wouldn't have gone to this urgent care. I've seen my PCP, had CXRs, and continue to deal with similar issues. I sought help from the urgent care so I wouldn't go into the weekend miserable. I was told to get OTC Sudafed and Flonase. I could've done that on my own and saved my co-pay! I sit here today, even more miserable, with an incessant productive cough awaiting a visit with the PCP this upcoming week... Needless to say, I won’t return. I’ll utilize another urgent care location should I not be able to get into with my PCP.

Made an appointment for my mother on the BSW portal. The receptionist and medical assistant were nice. The medical assitant was very patient with my mother. Dr. Nguyen was attentive to my mothers care and provided valuable information for care. We do recommend this provider.

Love their staff members in the nurse practitioner. She was great in answering and letting My Grand Daughter feel at ease thank you so much.

A tool fell on in my foot and punctured the skin in between my big toe and next toe. Walked in to urgent care. I had no wait. Nice receptionist helped check me in. The nurse and doctor took real good care of me and wound was cleaned and soaked. No stitches needed. I got a tetanus shot and was released feeling good. This is my go to place for quick medical service. I always have a good experience here.

Wasn’t feeling well when getting ready for the day. Felt worse as morning progressed. Decided I might have a UTI. Decided I needed to see a doctor.  Looked for one closest to my home.

I call back later yesterday complaining about about filling very cold and rattling in my chest. Also green and yellow mucus. The person who answered the phone told me I had to wait two days to be seen again to give the medicine time to work or either go to the ER. I didn’t get any chest x-rays when I went and also I didn’t receive any anti antibiotics.

The NP didn't ask me questions including asking about other symptoms or red flags. She didn't examine me. She didn't seem up to date with current basic medical knowledge. Came across condescending, and I worry that she may be missing diagnoses or important clues if this is how she takes care of patients in a higher acuity setting.

I never got my test results back. I was told that they were gonna be given to me, but never got them and I’ve been waiting extremely. And every time I call they don’t answer.

I had a really bad cough and congestion for a week now. I was able to schedule an appointment that was good for me without any problems. Everyone there was friendly and kind. I was able to get a chest X-Ray and the results right then. I got several shots and some medicine.  The PA was very knowledgeable and made me feel that I was getting the care I needed. I will definitely come back again!!!
