I’m in the medical field and have worked in an Urgent Care and I was very impressed soup to nuts with this facility. From the friendly front desk, the technician who took me back and took my vitals and finally the PA who saw me. The ease of check in was amazing. The only improvement I could offer is if you could have a pharmacy in the same building, so you could just send patients right to it. We had that at my urgent care, they carried the medications most requested by the doctors and it carried a limited supply of medical needs and it always made money. Other than that it was superb!

A very prompt appointment that I made the day before. Wait time was minimal, there were not many people there although it was a federal holiday. I'm not entirely aware of the range of services that are provided, but I could see myself going back to Bon Secours if my primary care provider is unavailable. The staff were friendly and addressed any concerns without hesitation.
