Scheduling was easy once I realized it was required which was a)not clear on your website and b) not appropriate for an urgent care. The whole point is you should be able to walk in. The clinical staff that checked me in did not seem sure of herself or particularly know what she was doing. She never put my BP in the system (provider had to retake it) and I gave up on giving her my med list because she struggled with putting them in and they were pretty normal meds (and not very many).
