I booked a time and arrived a few minutes early. I understood that the time I booked was not an actual appointment time, but was more a place in line. I also knew it would be busy because it was a day after a holiday. However, after I had reached the top of the wait list, 3 people were called ahead of me, and 2 people with later times were now ahead of me on the list. When I asked about this I was told that one person had been waiting longer than I had. At this point I had been there an hour and a half. I was called back a few minutes later. The medical assistant was excellent. I did wait another 30 minutes for the PA, but she was also excellent. The care was great, but the wait time was terrible.

Should have more staff during the flu season .hour and fifteen minutes

Wome up this morning with a swollen throat and just feeling awful. I got there at 9am and was done by 1030 amd that was them being very busy according to the staff. They were amazing.

Woke up with a sore throat this morning and debated whether to seek treatment or ride it out. So glad I didn’t wait. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Excellent care from doctors and staff. Outstanding facility! Highly recommended!

Doc was very personable and easy to talk to and not rushed.

Check in process is awful. It assumes everyone has a smart phone and has the ability to complete the paperwork using it. I was a walk-in, felt horrible and basically expected to take care of myself until I was completely done with the process. Staff apologized but said they were not allowed to enter anything. Wait time was good considering there was one Physicians Assistant there. Everyone was nice and caring. Probably wouldn't recommend for anyone except young people who are used to being treated as a number by corporations.

Felt like I was taken care of in a very good way. I was very pleased with the way my appointment was handled

I have congestion, cough, sinus pain.  They checked me for Covid & flu - negative. Diagnosed sinus infection.  All staff was efficient, pleasant and helpful.  Really like the NP who saw me. Would definitely see her again & use this clinic again
